Altervim explores the innovative "Net Zero Energy Building" as a case study in sustainable architecture.
AlterVim Co., Ltd. Conducts a Study Visit to the Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB)
At the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy
The company was warmly welcomed and received a comprehensive briefing from Mr. Awut Kruakheunpetch, energy conservation expert, and his team.
The NZEB is designed with the goal of reducing energy consumption in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Plan (EEP2018). The building's design focuses on key performance indicators such as Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV), Roof Thermal Transfer Value (RTTV), Lighting Power Density (LPD), Coefficient of Performance (COP) of air conditioning systems, and Energy Use Intensity (EUI). Additionally, the building incorporates both passive and active energy design strategies to minimize energy consumption without compromising occupant comfort. This sustainable approach makes the NZEB an excellent model for Altervim and other organizations interested in reducing building energy consumption in line with the Energy Efficiency Plan.
