Job Position

Manager - Business Development

Job Description

- This role is a leadership position and will have the responsibility Business Development for New Products in EV ecosystem. The new products consist of logistic fleet and commercial vehicles solution, EV charging platform, etc.

- Provide technical aspects to develop and support according to the new products development roadmap. Lead the team and co – collaborate with developer partners to develop Altervim Super Charge platform.

-  Provide technical solutions to support EV customer service team.

- Manage relationship with stakeholders, for example, PEA, MEA, EGAT, etc.

- Identify prospective customers within industries both B2C and B2B currently served for proliferation of existing and new products.

- Plan, organize, and execute outreach and specific penetration strategies to secure business from new customers in target markets.

- Provide strategic high-level perspective of new customers and markets, including research of market segments to identify growth trends and expansion opportunities.

- Identify, analyze, and specifically recommend compelling product opportunities for expansion into new markets. 

- Communicate to internal executive management on potential opportunities, key contract provisions, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and other helpful information such as customer personalities and/or company politics.

-  Generate and maintain a budget / forecast for new business revenue by customer and product line.

-  Assess the need for hiring industry experts to achieve specific objectives and present cost benefit analyses to executive management for consideration.

-  Advise management of proposed association, tradeshow, or industry event participation.

-  Manage marketing materials such as:  website, press releases, media articles, whitepapers, association contributions, and marketing campaign with partners.

-  Interface closely with Executive Team and other internal departments to achieve objectives.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

- At least 3-years’ experience in EV business.

- At least 3-years’ experience in EV application development.

- Must have strong English communications skills, both verbal and written. Multiple languages a plus.

- Communicate effectively and be able to understand key business functions and effectively interface with commercial, operational, and technical personnel, both internally and externally.  Must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skill

Job Position

Associate/ Senior Associate – Financial Controller

Job Description

· Perform and be responsible for loan agreement management - project finance.  Perform coordination for fund transfer, procure bank guarantee and other finance operation tasks.

· Managing loan agreements including preparing information and supporting documents for loan disbursement and loan repayment.

· Ensuring the compliance with all covenants under loan agreements.

· Monitor project expenditures to ensure it remains within budget and funds are used according to the loan agreements.

· Perform coordination of the fund transfer to subsidiaries to ensure the accuracy and due of payment of the transactions.

· Perform coordination and procure the bank guarantee for the company and its subsidiaries.

· Day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and internal memoranda for the financial controller department.

· Preparing financial reports, including assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances, preparing financial reports for management review and decision-making, and supporting the financial controller manager in budgeting and forecasting processes.

· Support special projects and initiatives related to financial operations improvement.

· Additional controller duties as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economic, Accounting or a related field. MBA OR advanced degree is a plus. 

· Detail oriented, negotiation and systematic thinking

· Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills.

· Planning ability and capacity to deliver on plans and to work independently

·  At least two (2) years of relevant experience in project/ corporate finance function. Experience in treasury management and/or loan management.
